Our team consists of ambitious and hardworking individuals who will go the extra mile for your child. They are experts in your desired subjects, great motivators, and brilliant coaches that instill confidence throughout the learning process. The tutors at One Step Forward are young, dynamic, and experts in the education curriculum.

What Makes Our Team Special?

We strongly believe in building a foundation of trust and belief with our students. Once you join our One Step Forward family, your child’s challenges become our challenges. Not only will our tutors find solutions, but also provide a learning plan that will help you track the progress your child has made.

Along with tutoring your child, our team does a great job of coaching throughout our sessions. Our coaching entails positive reinforcement, motivation, and following a customized plan that will address the lack of confidence your child may have. Moreover, upon the family’s request, our tutors can show up 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled session to build a rapport with your child, help organize, and focus on the upcoming tasks.
